Bash's Favorite Chocolate Granola

The best Granola is always made from scratch! And its a lot easier on the wallet too! Try out this Chocolate-y Granola that is full of hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds & chocolate chips! Baked to perfection in crunchy little granola chunks!

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups Quick Oats

1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds

2 tbsp Hemp Hearts

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 cup Butter, melted

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Honey

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 - 1 cup Chocolate Chips (mini or regular size, either works!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Begin by preheating the oven to 325 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside for now.

In a medium sized bowl measure out, Quick Oats, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, cocoa powder and salt.

Then in a smaller bowl measure out the wet ingredients (butter, maple syrup, honey and vanilla) and whisk together until combine.

Now pour the wet into the dry mixture and stir until completely combined. Pour this sticky mixture out onto your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the granola starts to golden and harden (and smell amazing!) Let cool for 20 or so minutes. Once cool you can add the Chocolate chips. Keep in an air tight container for up to a month!
