Brown Sugar & Garlic crusted Pork Tenderloin

Updated: Mar 9, 2021

With just 6 ingredients this is one tasty way to enjoy a pork tenderloin. And its ready in just an hour which makes it the perfect weeknight dinner plan! Enjoy it along with rice or potatoes and a little salad and dinner is solved!

INGREDIENTS

2 Pork Tenderloins

Salt & Pepper

4 cloves Garlic, pressed

2-3 tbsp Olive Oil

2-3 tbsp Brown Sugar

½ tsp Rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 F & prepare a baking pan line with parchment paper.

Remove tenderloins from packaging (if they are still a bit frosty that’s fine! I find it easier to cook partially thawed tenderloins as they stay a lot moisture) and season evenly on both sides with salt & pepper. B

Then in a small bowl combine pressed garlic, brown sugar & olive oil, mix until smooth. Then using a spoon, brush or even your hands rub this mixture all over the tenderloins. Top with a sprinkle of fresh of dry Rosemary.

Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour until inserted meat thermometer reads 145 (do not cook more then that because it will be dry!) Let rest for 5-10 minutes covered with a baking pan or tin foil, to retain juices. Then slice thinly and serve with your favorite sides!
