Delicious little bites of energy! They are so easy to make and give you a little power boost!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
2/3 cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
1/3 cup Honey
2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium sized mixing bowl measure out listed ingredients. Mix together with a spatula until nicely combined. Prepare a small baking sheet with parchment paper. (or large plate) Using a small scoop or spoon make 1" balls and roll them in your hands until they stick together nicely. Chill for about 1 hour in the fridge until firm.
Keep these in the fridge as they will stay together and last longer (if you don't eat them all in like 2 days) and Enjoy anytime of the day! These are especially good for breast feeding mothers!
