Fresh Eats Coleslaw


A crunchy coleslaw with a from scratch dressing that will add a little extra something to any meal!


INGREDIENTS


1 bag of pre-cut Coleslaw (should include cabbage and carrots or you can always slice up your own if you so desire)

1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds or Sunflower seeds

1/4 cup Craisins

Dressing :

2 1/2 tbsp Mayo

2 tbsp 10 % cream

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp dried mustard

1/4 tsp salt


INSTRUCTIONS

Place pre-cut coleslaw in a medium sized salad bowl and top with seeds and craisins.

To prepare dressing, measure ingredients into small bowl, using a fork or small silicon whisk (which i prefer! You can find them at your local grocery store) whisk until dressing comes together smoothly.

Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss salad & enjoy!
