A quick & delicious breakfast for a busy Saturday morning! Bursting with flavor.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Butter
4-6 Eggs (depending on how many mouths your feeding)
Splash of Milk or Cream (again on how many your feeding)
1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp Thyme fresh or dried
½ cup grated white cheddar (Or whatever you have on hand)
INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by cracking eggs into small bowl & whisk until frothy. Add dash of milk or creamer. Season with salt, pepper & thyme. Put aside.
Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat, then add pressed garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add egg mixture to frying pan. Stirring every so often with a spatula, allow eggs to form into chunks. Be sure to scrape sides and bottoms to keep all of egg mixture from sticking.
Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes. Once eggs are close to being cooked (small amount of liquid should still be in pan), add grated cheese and melt, stir a few times to incorporate cheese. Eggs should be light & fluffy! Serve with home-style hash brown, toast, fruit and bacon!
