London Fog Latte

Updated: Oct 6, 2020

Its here! Are you craving a creamy bergamot infused black tea latte? Well try making this one from the comfort of your own home.

INGREDIENTS

1 Earl Grey Tea bag (I like Stashs Double Bergamot)

Boiling hot water

1 shot of Vanilla Sweetener

1/4 to 1/2 cup 2% milk

1 hand held Milk Frother* - I found mine at the Dollerama but I'm sure you could also simply order one online. Or if your really fancy and have an espresso machine with a foaming want that works too!

INSTRUCTIONS

First begin by boiling water. Choose your favourite cup. Place tea bag in cup and fill about half full with hot water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes.

While your tea is steeping fill a small sauce pan with milk, set on medium heat. Allow to heat up until bubbles begun forming. Using your hand held mixer, whip up the milk until you have your desired frothiness! I like a lot of bubbles, but you decide what you like best! This usually takes a minute or two.

Add shot of Vanilla to your steeped tea, then add foamed milk. Give it all one last stir, then enjoy!
