Oven Roasted Lemon & Herb Salmon

INGREDIENTS


1 side of fresh Salmon, skin on

1/2 Lemon, juiced

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Zesty Club House Basil, Thyme & Lemon zest Seasoning

Salt & Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS


Begin by preparing a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place Salmon skin side down on parchment. Season with Zesty Clubhouse mix, salt & pepper.

Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

Bake at 400 F for about 25 minutes until Salmon is light and flake. Serve over a few spoonfuls of simple White Rice and a light & sweet Mango Salsa.
