INGREDIENTS
2-3 handfuls fresh Spinach (or depending on how many people you are feeding)
1 pear (or apple works too! Or even both if your feeling fruity!)
¼ cup Asiago Cheese, grated
¼ cup Bacon Bits
¼ cups Pumpkins Seeds (optional but delicious)
Dressing:
3 tbsp Mayo
2 tbsp Cream
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by filling a medium sized salad bowl with fresh spinach, (I usually do a handful per person.) Top with pears or apples, cheese, bacon and pumpkin seeds.
In a small bowl measure out listed dressing ingredients and using a small silicon whisk or fork whisk to combine ingredients until smooth. Pour dressing over assembled salad, toss & enjoy!
