Roast Chicken with Garlic Butter & Herbs

Are you craving a Roast Chicken dinner, but don't want to spend all night cooking? Try this Roast Chicken recipe! It will be ready in an hour & cooked perfectly!



INGREDINTS


1 Raw Whole Chicken, with the skin on

1/2 cup Butter, melted

2-3 Garlic Cloves, pressed

1 tsp Fresh Parsley or Thyme (Dry works too)

Salt & Pepper

1 Roasting Dish


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat oven to 450 F, next place Whole Chicken in roasting dish and sprinkle nicely with salt and pepper. Melt butter and add pressed garlic and herbs, stir to combine.

Pour mixture over Chicken the place pan in oven and cook for an hour. Baste the Chicken every 20 minutes or so. Roast until inserted meat thermometer comes to 160 F at thickest part.

When Chicken reaches correct temperature, remove from oven and over with lid or tin foil. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Serve and enjoy with Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Carrots & Pea pods, Gravy, Salad or whatever you like best with Roast Chicken!
