These easy roasted brussel sprouts are so simple to make! And oh so delicious! You will never boil them again!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs Brussel Sprouts (or just guesstimate really, depending on how many people your feeding.)
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Honey
Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 F, then soak brussel sprouts in a bowl of cold water. Drain brussel sprouts, then chop the bottom bit off and remove any yucky leaves.
Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Continue until all sprouts are cleaned up.
Drizzle olive oil and honey over sprouts as well as a healthy sprinkling of salt & pepper.
Roast for 25-30 minutes until nicely roasted!
