Roasted Corn

If your still boiling corn on the cob you have got to try roasting instead! It is so simple & delicious, you will never want to boil it again!



INGREDIENTS:

4-6 stalks of Corn (with the silk and what not removed)

2-3 tbsp Olive oil

Salt & Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400F. Peel corn and remove the silk and what have you. Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place corn on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Place tray containing the corn into the oven on a middle rack and let cook for about 15-25 minutes, turning once throughout the cooking process. The corn should appear lightly browned and smell sweet! Remove the tray from oven and eat immediately! Or feel free to cut he kernels off and use in salads, wraps, chili’s or whatever you’d like!
