A simple roll-out sugar cookie recipe that can be used for any season! Choose your favorite cookies cutters, then bake them, let them cool & decorate them with icing & sprinkles!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter or baking margarine
2 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 cup confectioners sugar
4-6 tbsps milk (of any kind)
1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).
Mix butter in a mixer until light, add remaining ingredients, adding extra tbsp of milk only if necessary!
Knead until velvety. Roll one-half of the dough at a time to about ½ inch thickness using the smallest amount of confectioners sugar as possible.
Cut out and bake on a lightly greased pan for 12 minutes. Cookies will be almost white when cooked but bottoms will be golden brown.
Let cool then decorate with your choice of icing & sprinkles!
