INGREDIENTS 1 pkg. Chicken Cutlets, cut into bite sized pieces 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt & Pepper
Optional Veggies:
Match stick carrots, broccoli floret's, chopped bell pepper, sliced cabbage, snow peas, Cauliflower (honestly whatever you have on hand is delicious!)
Sauce: ½ Soy Sauce 1 cup water 2-3 tbsp Honey (do 3 if you like your sauce on the sweater side) 3 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar 2-3 cloves, Garlic 1 tbsp or so Fresh Ginger, diced ot 1 tsp DRY Ginger 1 ½ tbsp Corn Starch (& equal parts water) mixed together
To serve: Sesame Seeds & Chopped Green Onions INSTRUCTIONS: In a medium frying pan heat vegetable oil and cook Chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper until it starts to brown (5-8 minutes). If your are adding vegetables do so now! Whatever you have on had works! Simply toss a few handfuls of whichever vegetable takes your fancy (or you need to use up) and cook for a few minutes with cooked Chicken until vegetables begin to brown.
In a measuring cup or medium sized bowl combine listed sauce ingredients together, whisk to combine. In a small bowl measure out corn starch and equal parts water, stir to combine and then add to sauce mixture.
Pour sauce with cooked chicken and let simmer for about 10 minutes or so. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately over Jasmine Rice & Enjoy!
