Triple Cheese Lasagna



A classic dish perfect for a chilly stay-at-home Sunday! Serves 4-6.


INGREDIENTS


1 pkg No-Boil Lasagna Noodles


Red Sauce Layer:

This Bolognese Sauce Recipe


White Sauce Layer:

1 tub (475 g) Smooth Ricotta Cheese

2 Eggs

1/2 Bag of Spinach, chopped

Salt & Pepper

Topping:

1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated 1/2 Cup Mixture of cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup or so Parmesan, grated


INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by making this Bolognese Sauce

To make white sauce combine ricotta cheese, eggs and chopped spinach in a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and put aside.

In large casserole pan (you can use the disposable metal pans you can buy in grocery stores too, which means less clean up. Especially if your heading to a potluck)

Start with a layer of Bolognese sauce, then cover with a whole layer of no-boil lasagna noodles, then half the ricotta cheese mixture, meat sauce, noodles, ricotta

cheese, and a final layer of noodles. Then top with cheese mixed with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover pan with tinfoil, bake in a 375 f oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes to brown cheese on top. Let stand 10 or so minutes before serving.


Serve with: Cesar Salad and Garlic Toast
