Wedge Fries

From scratch french fries made with real potatoes. A great addition to Burgers, Sandwiches and more!



INGREDIENTS


6-8 Potatoes washed with skin on (Red Skin, Yellow, White or you can even try Sweet Potatoes)

2 tbsp Corn Starch

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

or try

1 tsp Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic Powder or Parsley


INSTRUCTIONS


Begin by cutting potatoes in half then again and again, creating wedge like shapes. Place in a medium mixing bowl until all potatoes are cut. Preheat oven to 400 F.

Throw in corn starch, olive oil, salt and pepper and any other spices.

Using your hands, mix it all up until corn starch and olive oil has been evenly distributed throughout. Prepare baking sheet with parchment( you made need two pans as you want the potatoes to be evenly spaced for maximum crispy-ness)

Place potatoes on baking sheets, spreading evenly. Bake for 30-45 minutes, flipping a few times through baking to get maximum crispy-ness.
